Music Video Questionnaire

I have decided to create an audience feedback questionnaire in which I have thought of a selection of questions to ask a range of people of different ages who like different music videos. I think the audience feedback is an effective way to reach the target audience and it is a quick and easy method to obtain both quantitative and qualitative data.
I have chosen to include open questions so the audience can elaborate on their answers which gives me an idea of what to include and what not to include in my music video. I have also chosen to include closed questions which will help me to collect some quantitative data in order to help me to improve my music video. It is also easy for me to make conclusions from the results and they are most likely to be truthful as the audience will not have to spend a long time answering them.
